The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 25(2) of the Scottish Civil Justice Council and Criminal Legal Assistance Act 2013(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Civil Justice Council and Criminal Legal Assistance Act 2013 (Commencement No. 2) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 10th October 2013.
2. In the Scottish Civil Justice Council and Criminal Legal Assistance Act 2013 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013(2), in article 2 omit "20 (contributions for criminal legal aid),".

This Order amends the Scottish Civil Justice Council and Criminal Legal Assistance Act 2013 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013 so that section 20 of the Scottish Civil Justice Council and Criminal Legal Assistance Act 2013, which concerns contributions for criminal legal aid, does not come into force on 11th October 2013.
