Schedule 2 to that Act specifies the persons liable to investigation by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. The Order adds ILF Scotland to the list of persons specified for this purpose. Section 24(2) has been modified by paragraph 5 of schedule 3 to the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 10).
Paragraph 25ZA was inserted by paragraph 2(a) of schedule 6 to the Historic Environment (Scotland) Act 2014 (asp 19).
