NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL
1. These are appeals against a determination by FtT Judge Dennis, dated 3 October 2013. This notification follows the UT’s note and directions dated 30 January 2014. The appeals were listed for further hearing today. However, the solicitors for the appellants have advised in writing that their clients have been granted discretionary leave to remain and seek to withdraw their case from the UT.
2. In terms of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Rule 17, the appeals are recorded as having been withdrawn, with the consent of the Upper Tribunal.
