NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT UNDER RULE 17(2) OF THE TRIBUNAL PROCEDURE (UPPER TRIBUNAL) RULES 2008

 

 

1.      At the haringof the appeal before me Ms Holmes satted that the Secretary of State  wished to withdraw her case before me.

2.   I consent to the withdrawal of her case and therefore the appeal is treated as abandoned.

3.      This notice serves as notification of a withdrawal under Rule 17(sub-paragraph 2) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008.
