NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

1.            This was an appeal against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (Judge V A Cox) promulgated on 10 June 2014. Permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal was granted on 1 August 2014.

2.            The appellant wrote to the Tribunal on 15 August 2014 indicating that she wished to withdraw her appeal.

3.            In line with Rule 17 (1) (a) of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 the Tribunal consents to the withdrawal of the appellant’s appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

4.            The appeal to the Upper Tribunal is withdrawn. The decision of the First-tier Tribunal stands.
