1.             This is an appeal against a determination by Judge D C Clapham, promulgated on 28 January 2014. By letter from her solicitors dated 23 May 2014, the appellant seeks to withdraw her appeal.

 

2.             In terms of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Rule 17, the appeal is recorded as having been withdrawn, with the consent of the Upper Tribunal. The determination of the First-tier Tribunal therefore stands.
