NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL

 

1.             The appellant appealed against a determination by First-tier Tribunal Judge McGrade, promulgated on 14 August 2014.

 

2.             The Presenting Officer advised that the respondent issued a new decision notice on 26 January 2015, which carries a right of appeal. She sought to withdraw the respondent’s case. Mr Winter concurred.

 

3.             In terms of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Rule 17, the appeal is recorded as having been withdrawn orally at the hearing, with the consent of the Upper Tribunal.
