NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

1.              This was an appeal against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (Judge Gibbs) promulgated on 26 November 2014.

2.              Permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal was granted on 9 March 2015.

3.              The appellant now seeks to withdraw her appeal as she accepts that Judge Gibbs did not err in declining jurisdiction of her human rights appeal; Amirteymour and others (EEA appeals; human rights) [2015] UKUT 466 (IAC) applied.

4.              In line with Rule 17 (1) (a) of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 the Tribunal consents to the withdrawal of the appellant's appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

5.              The appeal to the Upper Tribunal is withdrawn. The decision of the First-tier Tribunal stands.
