1.              By email dated 28 August 2015 the respondent notified the Upper Tribunal that she has granted leave to the appellants and thus the appeal brought by the appellants before the First-tier Tribunal under s82(1) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 as amended by the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 is treated as abandoned.

2.              The appeal under s11 of the Tribunal Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 has been withdrawn by the respondent who had been granted permission to appeal.
