DECISION AND REASONS
1. Upper Tribunal Judge Hanson decided on 5 th March 2019 that the decision of Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Grant dated 14 th March 2017 would be set aside and the appeal remitted to the First-tier Tribunal for remaking de novo with no findings preserved unless the respondent made representations to the contrary within 14 days.
2. No representations have been received from the respondent and so the decision of Judge Grant is set aside and the matter remitted to the First-tier Tribunal to remake the appeal.
