Background
1. By a decision promulgated on 17 June 2021, the decision of the First-tier Tribunal was set aside.
2. At the hearing for the re-making of the First-tier Tribunal decision, the parties agreed that the appellant's appeal should be allowed on the basis that his removal would breach the UK's obligations under the Refugee Convention.
3. The parties agreed to dispose of the proceedings by way of a consent order.
Decision
4. Pursuant to Rules 39 and 40(3) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 I make the following order:
The appellant's appeal is allowed on the basis that his removal would breach the UK's obligations under the Refugee Convention.
