PRELIMINARY HEARING

JUDGE N BUTTER QC: We consider that, upon the Appellant withdrawing the previous grounds of appeal, we should give leave for the two amendments to be substituted and on that basis we consider that there is an arguable ground of appeal to go forward to a full hearing.
We propose to direct that there be exchange of skeleton arguments 14 days before the date of that hearing.
