"If there is a need to select from a group of staff with the same rules this will also be done on a fair and objective criteria. The criteria to be applied will depend on the group of staff covered within a particular area of the business but could include for example performance skills and compensation, attendance record, discipline etc.
"This is an indication of method rather than criteria for redundancy."
