    APPEARANCES

For the Appellant THE APPELLANT IS NEITHER PRESENT NOR REPRESENTED

    JUDGE D WILCOX:

  1. We observe that Mr Carr is unable to be here today due to sickness. None the less we have all read and considered the papers with care. We have considered the matter on its merits. Suffice it to say, we find that there is no arguable error in law in the way that the Tribunal approached this matter. Neither having carefully looked at their reasoning and the facts that they found is that any basis, upon which it could be argued that it was a perverse finding.
  2. We dismiss the appeal for those reasons, upon the merits of it.
