    APPEARANCES

    For the Appellant MR XYDIAS
    (of Counsel)
    Instructed by:
    Messrs Banner Jones Middleton
    Solicitors
    24 Gluman Gate
    Chesterfield
    Derbyshire
    S40 1UA

MR JUSTICE BURTON: We give you leave. I shall not, as you have not addressed us in any detail, say anything other than there appear to us to be arguable grounds in the Notice of Appeal, as amplified by Mr Xydias' skeleton argument, in support of an appeal both against a finding of unfair dismissal and if there was an unfair dismissal as to the finding that the contribution should be as low as 30% rather than 100% or some greater figure.
