    MR JUSTICE HOOPER:

  1. There are two separate appeals before us today. One numbered PA/753/00, the other numbered EAT/1180/00. Having examined the file and taking into account the non-compliance with the order of the Registrar dated 19 October 2000, we have unanimously concluded that the Appellant has no intention of proceeding with the appeals and they are therefore dismissed.
