Application to alter the register to remove part of the Applicants-™ drive from was within the registered title to Respondent's neighbouring land, a village green. Application on mistaken basis that title plans indicated precise boundaries - parties had agreed and proceeded on the basis that the Applicants-™ title plan indicated that they did not own the land in dispute. HELD that, in fact the Applicants had bought their house and drive including the disputed land, - direction to Chief Land Registrar to give effect to the application as if the objection had not been made.
