[2018] UKFTT 578 (PC). Adverse possession pof neighbouring property. Evidence of the original owners of both houses that the apparent boundaries were pointed out to them by the developers-™ site foreman. In consequence, and until recently, successive owners acted in accordance with the agreed boundaries - boundaries on the ground not reflected in the Transfers - applicants established 10 years factual possession of the disputed land and that they had reasonably believed the disputed land belonged to them. Pursuant to LRA 2002 Schedule 6 paragraph 5(4) the applicants had acquired title by adverse possession.
