Decision notes | [2019] UKFTT 114 (PC). Claim to a restriction by Applicant, Respondent's brother. He claimed to have paid for a house vested in Respondent’s name, bought as a home for her and for their mother. He could prove that he had paid for the entirety of the purchase price. Respondent claimed that the money was a gift. It was held that the property was held on resulting trust and the claim succeeded. |
