Decision notes | [2019] UKFTT 375 (PC). Adverse possession - paragraph 5(4)(c) of Schedule 6 and whether the Applicant reasonably believed that the land to which the application related belonged to the Applicant for at least 10 years of the period of Adverse possession ending on the date of the application - application mistakenly made to the Land registry in form FR1 - second application made with the correct form ADV1 to be determined. HELD that on the facts of this case that the condition was however satisfied. |
