Summary: The complaint approached the ICO as he had requested four items of information from the public authority relating to the property he lived in. He was provided with one of the items but no reason was given for not disclosing the remaining three. Despite assurances given to both the ICO and the complainant the council has yet to provide either the remaining information or a Refusal Notice stating why it would not be provided. The Decision Notice therefore requires the public authority to either release the information or provide a Refusal Notice within 30 days.
