Summary: The complainant requested a report into the financial activities of a particular company, as well as associated information. The public authority advised that it did not hold some of the requested information, and provided other information to the complainant. It also withheld some information under sections 31(1)(d) and (g) and 40(2) of the Act. Following the Commissioner-™s intervention some additional information was disclosed to the complainant. At a late stage in the Commissioner-™s investigation the public authority sought to rely on section 44 in relation to some of the remaining withheld material. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2010/0086 withdrawn.
