Summary: The complainant requested correspondence between the public authority and the Metropolitan Police Service regarding arrangements for interviewing Tony Blair during the so-called -Cash-for-Honours- investigation. The public authority asserted that this information was not held for the purposes of the Act. It upheld this position after internal review. After investigation, the Commissioner has found that the requested information is not held for the purposes of the Act by virtue of section 3(2)(a).
