Summary: The complainant requested a copy of the administrator-™s report into Hemmingway-™s Worldwide Touring Holidays. The public authority refused his request relying on the exemption provided by section 40(2)(a) and (b) of the Act because the report contained third party personal data. The Commissioner has investigated and his decision is that the public authority was correct to withhold the information. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2010/0092 dismissed.
