Summary: The complainant requested a copy of the administrator-™s report in relation to the conduct of the directors of WH Realisations Ltd. The public authority refused the request by virtue of the exemption provided by section 40(2) by virtue of 40(3)(a)(i) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because the report contained third party personal data. The Commissioner has investigated and his decision is that the public authority was correct to withhold the information. The Commissioner requires no further action to be taken.
