Summary: The complainant requested information about restrictions contained in post-dismissal compensation settlements agreed by the public authority. The public authority disclosed some information in response to the request and additional information was subsequently provided to the complainant during the course of the Commissioner-™s investigation. The Commissioner finds that, in failing to comply fully with section 1(1)(b) of the Act within 20 working days, the public authority breached section 10(1) of the Act. The Commissioner requires no action to be taken.
