Summary: The complainant has requested a schedule of works held by the council relating to building work completed by a third party on a particular property. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Shropshire County Council has correctly applied the exemption for information provided to it on a voluntary basis, where it could not require that information from the third party. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps in respect of this notice. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2011/0273 allowed.
