Summary: The complainant requested information relating to a former employee of the School. The School originally refused the request under section 14(1) of the Act on the grounds that it was vexatious. However, following clarification of the request, the School advised that it did not in fact hold any relevant information. The Commissioner finds that, on the balance of probabilities, the School does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
