Summary: On 16 November 2010, the complainant wrote to the Cabinet Office and requested copies of any minute, correspondence, communications or any other information held by the Cabinet Office regarding the wedding of Prince William. This request was made by the complainant on the same date that the engagement of HRH Prince William to Kate Middleton was announced by Clarence House. The Cabinet Office responded on 13 December 2010. It stated that it did not hold any information relevant to the complainant-™s request. The Commissioner-™s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Cabinet Office does not hold the requested information.
