Summary: The complainants have requested various pieces of information from Colehill Parish Council (-the council-) relating to the Wimborne Cemetery Joint Management Committee (WCJMC). The Commissioner-s decision is that the council does not hold some of the information requested, and has incorrectly withheld some of the information under section 41 of the Act. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the identity of person/company responsible for memorial testing as sought by request D below and disclose a copy of the inspector-s report as sought by request E below. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Information Tribunal.
