Summary: The complainant requested information about complaints, accidents and enquiries concerning low hanging or dangerous trees or branches within a specified timescale. London Borough of Havering (the Council) said that it could not be provided without exceeding the costs limit under section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner considers that section 12 of FOIA was applied correctly in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
