BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.

Summary: The complainant requested the BBC to disclose copies of the Office of Surveillance Commissioners-™ (OSC) reports produced since 1 January 2006. The BBC released redacted versions of the reports in question but failed to respond to the request within 20 working days. The Commissioner therefore finds that the BBC was in breach of section 10(1) of the FOIA in this case. As the BBC did respond to this request albeit late, he requires no further action to be taken.
