The complainant has requested information from the Department for Regional Development (DRD) about the weed control activity carried out by contractors on an environmental maintenance contract. The Commissioner’s decision is that neither the contractors nor the DRD itself holds the requested information. He does not therefore require the DRD to take any steps to be taken as a result of this notice.
