Summary: The complainant made a request for information relating to a survey of staff at the Independent Case Examiner (ICE) which is part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). DWP refused the request as vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the DWP has correctly applied the vexatious provision at section 14(1) of the FOIA. He does not require any steps to be taken.
