9 July 2014, Local government (County council)
The complainant has requested information relating to the councils intention to make changes to its Integrated Disabled Service. The council aggregated the request along with others it had received from a parent group, Family Voice Warwickshire, and applied section 12(1) – that responding would exceed the appropriate limit. The Commissioner’s decision is that Warwickshire County Council has correctly applied section 12(1) to the requests. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0217 dismissed.
FOI 12: Not upheld
