The complainant has requested information relating to the number of patients who started radiotherapy courses. The Commissioner’s decision is that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre (CCC) has correctly applied section 12(1) of the FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
