7 August 2014, Local government (District council)
The complainant has requested information relating to Ninth Avenue in the Humberston Fitties holiday chalet park. The council provided the complainant with a response to his questions however the complainant did not accept the information provided to him. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has, on a balance of probabilities, provided all of the information which it holds to the complainant. The Commissioner does not require the authority to take any steps.
