BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

20 May 2015, Local government (District council)
The complainant has requested details of any planning history for a specific property prior to online records. The Commissioner’s decision is that Cherwell District Council was correct to refuse to provide the information under Regulation 6(1)(b) of the EIR as the information is already publicly available and easily accessible to the complainant in another form or format. He does not require any steps to be taken to comply with the legislation.
EIR 6: Not upheld
