The complainant has requested minutes of meetings relating to a report prepared by Thames Energy in 2008. Basildon Borough Council stated that it did not hold the information. The Commissioner’s decision is that Basildon Borough Council has correctly confirmed that the requested information is not held and complied with section 1 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
