The complainant has requested information with regards to the awarding of a Sexual Health contract. The council provided its response but the complainant considered that further information was held to parts of his request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council does not hold any further information within the scope of the request other than that provided. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
