This notice relates to a complaint about how the Information Commissioner’s Office dealt with a request for information. The complainant has requested information regarding the ICO’s investigations of complaints about the Civil Service Commission (CSC). The Commissioner’s decision is that the ICO provided the requested information and does not require it to take any further action in this matter. However the Commissioner finds that the ICO failed to provide the requested information within 20 working days. This is a breach of section 10.
