The complainant requested information about investigations into the health and personal circumstances of Peterlee Town Council’s (“the council”) town clerk and the costs relating to her employment. The Commissioner’s decision is that section 40(2) is engaged and the council is not required to comply with the request. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
