BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

15 September 2016, Central government
The complainant has requested information regarding a Right to Buy agreement. The Department for Communities and Local Government (the DCLG) provided the information it held but the complainant considered it held more than that provided. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DCLG holds no further information falling within the scope of the request other than that provided. The Commissioner does not require the DCLG to take any steps.
