BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

1 December 2016, Local government (District council)
The complainant has requested a copy of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Bath and North East Somerset Council (the council) informed the complainant that the information was not held. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the council does not hold the requested SLA. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
