The complainant has requested information on any restriction placed on Peel Airports regarding the future use of Durham and Tees Valley Airport and the surrounding land. The Commissioner’s decision is that Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council has correctly applied regulation 12(5)(e) to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
