BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant has requested information from the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) about its handling of subject access requests under the Data Protection Act. FOS has categorised the request as vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA and has refused to comply with it. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request is vexatious and FOS is correct not to comply with it. The Commissioner does not require FOS to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
