BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

26 October 2017, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant has requested information on air quality blackspots. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council does not hold most of the requested information and has provided advice and assistance to the complainant to direct her to another public authority. The final part of the requested information is already in the public domain on the Council’s website. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
