The complainant has requested the job titles and salaries of all staff employed by Redditch Borough Council. The Commissioner’s decision is that Redditch Borough Council has correctly applied the exemption for third party personal data at section 40(2) of the FOIA to the exact salary figures. She does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
