Brent Council

The complainant requested information in relation to a proposed regeneration project. The public authority disclosed some of the information held within the scope of the request. The public authority however considered the remaining information exempt from disclosure on the basis of the exception at regulation 12(5)(e) EIR. The Commissioner concluded that the public authority was entitled to rely on the exception at regulation 12(5)(e) EIR.
