Dyfed Powys Police

1. The complainant requested information from Dyfed-Powys Police about a photograph containing the image of an individual. Dyfed Powys Police refused to confirm or deny whether it held the information requested by virtue of section 40(5) of the FOIA. 2. The Commissioner’s decision is that Dyfed Powys Police correctly applied section 40(5) to the request. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
